Chinaman Videos

This is the most played of all of my videos on youtube. Not necessarily my favorite. In fact, it's the bit that I would get rid of first in the list of "if I have little time, I'll nix this bit"....If you want this bit done live, you have to scream "Arnold" during last call (make sure it's right after the laughter in a punchline) and I'll nod back out atcha with a "I gotcha later, ninja!"

I don't like the bit because many other comedians do Arnold's voice (not as well) but I have been doing this impression since 1992 when I was living in Los Angeles with my then roommate, Pablo Francisco.... I think it's hilarious that a lotta people comment that I "stole this bit from Pablo" being ignorant to the fact that Pablo and I had a variety show (with Todd Glass and Lynn Shore) in Brea, CA in which we did a Movie sketch with Arnold (played by me) as the main character....When the show broke up, we took bits and pieces of the shared bits we did... I primarily took the Arnold impression, he took the Movie Man voice as the main highlight of his gig....

This particular video was recorded in Austin, TX the Saturday night BEFORE my Dad died of cancer.... I think he waited for me to get home for him to pass, because he was fine when I left him on Tuesday to do the gig...
